Cebu City is living up to its new name as a Creative City for Design as two high-rise projects to be located inside the Cebu Business Park will be designed by world-class designers.
The photos show the design of The Rainbow Tree, a green building designed by Paris-based Vincent Callebaut Architectures that will rise at the corner of Samar Loop and Cardinal Rosales Avenue.
